Ministry of Youth and Sports
Central data warehouse was established within the scope of project. This data warehouse enables reporting all data from Credit and Dormitories Institution, Youth Information System and Sports Information Systems which are operated under the Ministry of Youth and Sports on a single platform. In addition, business intelligence system which is supported by rich infographics and capable of reporting over this data warehouse were built.
Project is integrated by .net mvc – web form technologies.
Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry
Turkish National Water Information System
The project was developed for the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, General Directorate of Water Management. The project is based on institution’s geographical data systems. The aim of this project is to manage and share the water in Turkey through a single system. It is also targeted to serve citizens through the portal.
Decision support system is provided for the formation of a National Water Policy by evaluating water data considering all components (quantity, quality use, flood, drought, etc.).
For the system, Microsoft.NET C #, ESRI ArcGIS, Oracle Database 12c, Oracle SOA, and Oracle Business intelligence technologies are used.

Statistical Information System
In order to support the Ministry’s accurate and fast decision-making processes, the existing Statistical Information System has been remodelled and designed as data warehouse. Moreover, data mart structure and a business intelligence model has been developed. In this way, these systems can respond to all reporting and analysis needs of the institution. Additionally, work packages have been developed to ensure the transfer of regularly incoming data from Turkey Statistical Institute, Exporter’s Association and Ministry of Finance to the data warehouse.

The control (maintenance) and development of the existing system continues.

A comprehensive reporting and analysis system that includes interactive infographics is built to provide reporting all activities and monitoring corporate resources of Presidency of Defense Industry.
General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs
Integration of Digital Archive Project

Documents of Ministry of Interior General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Procedures such as birth, marriage, divorce and address declaration which are produced by provincial organizations, courts and other stakeholder institutions are integrated with applications such as MERNIS, MAKS, KPS. They are also provided to be scanned, viewed and transferred to the archive.

Microsoft.NET C #, ASP.Net MVC, Bootstrap technologies are used for the system.

Datactive – Relationship Oriented Query and Analysis System
It is provided that queries and analyses with a certain degree of relationship criteria are made by using the personal and address data includes person’s relations such as spouse, mother, father, ex-spouse, and residential address. Normally, such inquiries are not possible to perform over the relational database or they may be time consuming. Thanks to Datactive, queries and analyses are carried out quickly and effectively. Results can also be displayed visually.

Corporate Reporting System for Migration Management
A data warehouse and business intelligence system has been established to carry out comprehensive data analysis. The system also meets the operational reporting needs of end users quickly and effectively while determining the strategies and policies of Turkey for immigrants.

Corporate Reporting System
A new generation reporting and analysis system is built to enable the reporting all activities of General Directorate of BOTAŞ comprehensively and monitoring corporate resources. Additionally, the system includes interactive infographics for senior management.
General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre
Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Systems
Data from TAKBİS system that operates under the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre are provided to be analysed and reported through the BI system by consolidating on a central data warehouse. Reporting system also be formed within the project.
Map Data Bank (MDB)
MDB was projected to productive usage of resources. It is also developed to prevent repetitive production within the scope of Large Scale Map and Map Information Production Regulation. For this purpose, ministries, public institutions, public organizations and municipalities are enabled to save the planned, ongoing or completed map and map information. They are also able to obtain project registration number.
Metadata is continuously entered into the Map Data Bank by ministries, public institutions, public organizations and municipalities. System is actively used by the Map, Cadastre and Geographical Information sector.
Within the scope of the project, HBB nodejs application, angularjs javascript framework technologies were used.

Credit and Dormitories Institution
Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence System
Data warehouse and business intelligence system were built to provide reporting and data analysis for all students who benefit from dormitory, loan and grant services. In the following period, this reporting system was expanded to cover all information systems of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. All the information about young people and athletes from many different information systems is brought in compliance with a central reporting and analysis system. These systems provide reporting and analysis in an integrated manner.

İŞKUR Software Infrastructure Renewal Project
The project is the part of “Employment and Skills Development Program – Component I” funded by the German Government through the KfW German Development Bank and implemented by UNDP. The purpose of the project is to update İŞKUR’s services. In this direction, system capacity is being improved for updating the services on the system easily when needed. Thus, it is aimed to expand active labour market services and respond to demand for Turkish and Syrian job seekers.
For the system, Microsoft.NET Core 3.1, Vue.Js, Nuxt.js, Bootstrap technologies are used.
General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works
Water Database (SVT)
This project is the central application software. The system aims to provide management of all water operations (dam observation, river observation, lake observation, groundwater, irrigation, pumping, and water quality) of Turkey. The system analyses processes such as dam level measurements, flow measurements in rivers, floods, and determination of water quality. Therefore, the project aims to provide accurate analyses, especially in agriculture and animal husbandry. Detection and correction of calculation errors with the advanced new system is also within the scope of the project.
