Datateam Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. As Datateam Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş., we attach the utmost importance to the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we place great emphasis on ensuring that all personal data belonging to all individuals associated with the Company, including those who benefit from our products and services, are processed and stored in compliance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). With full awareness of this responsibility, we process your personal data as the Data Controller, in the manner explained below and within the limits prescribed by the applicable legislation.
1. Collection, Processing of Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
Your personal data may vary depending on the services, products, or commercial activities provided by our Company and may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods via our offices, business partners, call center, website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar channels.
As long as you benefit from our products and services, your personal data may be created, updated, and processed. In addition, your personal data may also be processed when you use our call center or website, visit our Company, or participate in training sessions, seminars, or events organized by us.
Your collected personal data may be processed within the scope of the data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK for the following purposes:
● Enabling you to benefit from our products and services,
● Customizing our services in line with your usage habits and needs,
● Ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and our business partners,
● Carrying out communication and audit processes,
● Ensuring legal compliance, financial affairs, and administrative operations,
● Determining our commercial and business strategies,
● Conducting our human resources policies.

2. To Whom and for What Purpose the Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes stated above, to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and, when necessary, to private individuals and institutions located domestically or abroad, within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
3. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data are collected in all kinds of verbal, written, or electronic environments for the purposes of providing our products and services, fulfilling our legal obligations, and managing our contractual relationships.
Personal data collected on this legal basis may be processed and transferred within the framework of the conditions set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.
4. Rights of the Personal Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as personal data subjects, you have the right to:
● Learn whether your personal data are processed,
● Request information if your personal data have been processed,
● Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
● Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
● Request correction if your personal data are incomplete or inaccurately processed,
● Request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist,
● Request notification of the transactions carried out to third parties,
● Object to the occurrence of a result against you due to analysis exclusively through automated systems,
● Request compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Application Method
Pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK, you may submit your requests regarding your rights to us in writing or through the methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
You may submit your applications by:
● Filling out the application form available at www.datateam.com.tr and delivering a signed copy in person to our company address (Datateam Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş., Cyberpark Cyber Plaza, Üniversiteler, Bilkent Blv. A Block No: 502, 06800 Çankaya/Ankara),
● Via a notary public, or
● Electronically by sending an email to info@datateam.com.tr .

Our Company will finalize your applications within a maximum of 30 days. In the event that a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee specified in the applicable tariff will be charged.
