According to Article 20 of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey; everyone has the right to demand respect for their private life and family life and the protection of their personal data. This right; includes being informed about personal data concerning themselves, accessing these data, requesting their correction or deletion and learning whether they are used in accordance with their purposes.
This Personal Data Storage and Destruction Policy (“Policy”) has been prepared by Datateam Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. (“Company” or “Datateam”) pursuant to Article 7 of the KVKK Law.
2. DEFINITIONS

12. PERIODIC DESTRUCTION PERIOD
The periodic destruction period of the Company is 6 months. Personal data whose storage period has expired are destroyed in 6-month periods in accordance with the procedures included in this Policy. All performed operations are recorded and these records are kept for at least three years.
